Dear members, 

The Executive Committee of the COM19/IT12 chapter is offering a sponsorship to support technical meetings/events organized by IEEE members who are part of the chapter. 
The support targets catering and coffee break expenses used by event participants. The expenses should be no more than 400 EUR per event and made before December 30th, 2024. 

If your research team or university is interested in getting the sponsorship, don’t hesitate to email us. The application should be made before October 31st, 2024.

Title of the event/workshop
Day and time of the event/workshop ( it should be a face-to-face event)
Brief description of the event/workshop
Location
Speakers

Additional requirements if sponsorship is provided:

  1. Please mention or show the following text:
    1. This event is sponsored by the IEEE Communication Society and the Information Theory joint chapter in Finland. Join us!
  2. After the event, please report the number of IEEE member and other participants (since we have to report these to IEEE).
  3. Note: Participants may or may not be IEEE members.
